Returns & refunds

Use the mask twice a week for 30 days. If your pores don't look visibly cleaner, email support@oralpure.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund your purchase in full — even if the jar is opened and half used.

1. Email support@oralpure.us with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. 2. We confirm within one business day. 3. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

Unopened jars and paper refills can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We provide a prepaid label for US returns; keep the tracking receipt until the refund clears.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong bundle, send a photo to support@oralpure.us within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. No return needed.

Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery, orders bought through unauthorized resellers, and shipping-protection fees on delivered orders.
