Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are picked and packed at our Wilmington, Delaware facility within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday begin processing the following Monday.

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days — $5.95, free on orders over $50.

Express delivery: 2–3 business days with priority handling — $12.95.

Package protection is optional at checkout for $2.95 and covers loss, theft and transit damage.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking hasn't moved for five business days, contact support@oralpure.us and we'll open a trace or reship.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable we'll reship it once at no cost — we just need the corrected address.
